Stuffed Turkey Burgers




A friend of mine set me a link to this stuffed turkey burger from The Food Network. I checked it out and it's easy to make and tastes great!! Just look at these simple ingredients.
1 1/4 pounds lean ground turkey breast
1/2 cup chopped roasted red peppers
1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1/4 teaspoons salt
Freshly ground black pepper
How simple is that?

Get ready to fire up your grill because you'll want to get these babies cooking right away!! You won't feel like you're on a diet while dining on these burgers. It's just plain healthy eating and it's all for you.

Hey great stuff pal!!
I am a body builder from 2 years ,so i am very health concious.Can these stuffed turkey burgers help me in any way to improve my muscles?

You betcha James. The cleaner your diet the better your body building results are going to be. Gotta have that protein to build muscles!!
