Hi everyone! Welcome back to Skinnygurl. Well you asked for it so here it is. My fantastic recipe for grilled ground meat. I'm using lamb today but you could use ground pork, turkey or lean ground beef. We're using fiber rich black beans and zesty salsa!

Hey I found this really great protein bar, you gotta try it.

My friend at the fitness center started making me some really great protein bars and I absolutely love them! I asked her to make them for me all the time and even started freezing them because they were so tasty.

One day I was so hungry I ate one that was still frozen! Wow, it was almost like an ice cream bar only good for you too! I wanted to have those bars in my freezer at all times after that!

Then I started feeling really bad because I was asking her to make them for me constantly. I felt like our friendship was becoming strained. I mean how many times can you ask someone to make your snacks without them getting a bit irrated with you? I wanted to keep her as a friend so I asked for the recipe. That way I could start making them myself. Well, at first she didn't want to because they were kind of her diet secret. After I bugged her enough she finally admitted she found them on the food network. I couldn't believe it!
