Yummo lunch

Flatbread. Huh? What's that anyway? Flatbread is the best thing to come along since sliced bread and I'm not kidding! You can turn it into a pizza, roll it with chicken breast or even toast it for your own homemade tortillas. One huge piece only has 90 calories and a whopping 9 grams of protein! You just gotta try this stuff.
2.5 ounces of chicken breast, one flat bread and an apple on the side is a great lunch.
You get all that for a mere 288 calories!!

31 grams of protein
37 grams of carbs
5.5 grams of fat

I eat it almost every day for lunch and hope you try it too.

I have found this flat bread at Larger Walmart stores in the bread section hiding on the bottom shelf and at HyVee in the deli case with the gourmet cheese and olives. Hard to find but worth looking for. It's really good and versatile too.
